Subject to international clearance, Leicester City has acquired Noemie Mouchon, a former striker for Reims, on a three-year deal.
For Reims in the French Premier League in 2023–24, Mouchon, 21, made 22 league appearances and scored nine goals.
Amandine Miquel, the manager of Leicester beginning of July 15, was the coach she played for at Reims.
As Mouchon stated on Leicester’s website, “It goes without saying that the WSL is the most attractive league in Europe, if not the world.”
Mouchon joins Jamaican midfielder Chantelle Swaby, Belgium defender Sari Kees, midfielder Ruby Mace of Manchester City, and Tottenham defender Asmita Ale as Leicester’s fifth summer addition.
Leicester finished 10th in the Women’s Super League in 2023-24. They start the 2024-25 season at Liverpool on 22 September.
